What you can do with R3 in DIY mode and HttpPost.exe
  • A. Use it to turn a device on or off
  • B. Test to see if the device is on or off
  • C. Used in a circuit, test if the circuit is live or not
  • D. Used as a push button in any circuit [with board modification, see below]

What you can do with R2 and R3 [not in DIY mode] & eWeLink
  • A. Use it to turn a device on or off
  • B. Test to see if the device is on or off
  • C. Used in a circuit, test if the circuit is live or not
  • D. Used as a push button in any circuit [with board modification, see below]

In eWeLink , a device can be seen On or Off or not connected
Ping can also be used to see if it responds or not.

Note: an R3 in DIY mode becomes inaccessible from eWeLink .

Both R2 and R3 DIY [in either mode] can be converted
